About the Apartment

Belle Blanche is one of our newest apartments! This gorgeous, classic Haussmanian, 3-bedroom apartment can sleep 5-6 guests, and is centrally located on the edge of the 18th/9th arrondissements - in the heart of everything!

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with beds suitable for two adults. The first bedroom (the master) has a queen bed and closet area with plenty of storage, as well as a balconette facing the street. The second bedroom is on the courtyard side of the building, and has a double bed and antique armoire. The third bedroom has a double sofabed which is best suited to 1 adult or 2 children, but if two adults would like to use it, we will allow it. The third bedroom also has a wonderful, private balcony and TV with cable plus a writing desk. This room can also serve as an extra living area.

The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a full-sized oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, plus pots, pans, knives, silverware, plates/dishes, wine glasses and more. Coffee, spices, and other basic cooking supplies are stocked in the home.

The apartment has one bathroom, located at the end of the hallway, with a shower/bath combo and two sinks and a vanity area. Plenty of towels are provided for guests. The toilet is in a separate room in the same hallway.

Despite the apartment building being located on a bustling boulevard, the apartment itself is very quiet. The apartment is on the very edge of the 9th and 18th arrondissements, so you have the best of Montmartre mixed with the trendy, young 9th arrondissement at your doorstep!

Neighborhood

On the very edge of the 9th and 18th arrondissements, this apartment offers the best of Montmartre mixed with the trendy, young 9th arrondissement!

Step outside the apartment and you'll find your new neighborhood to lively, convenient, funky and increasingly trendy. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and you have several modern grocery stores making it easy to purchase the essentials for feeling at home in the apartment.

If you cross the boulevard, you'll enter the 9th arrondissement and the small street just across leads to the sweet little park at Square Berlioz, along with an excellent boulangerie across the street. Take a 5-minute walk north you'll find yourselves in Montmartre on the market street rue Lepic and cafes and shopping on rue des Abesses. A two-minute walk in either directly also leads you to two different metro stops (Blanche or Place de Clichy) and several bus stops (74, 68, 80, 95, 30, 54) which will take you anywhere in Paris quickly and easily.

You have everything you need nearby and the neighborhood is generally open everyday so you can shop on Sunday and even holidays!

Shopping

The Monoprix supermarket is located right by the Blanche metro stop at Place Blanche. The supermarket is downstairs, while the bakery/prepared food counter, clothing, cosmetics and household items are on street level. The smaller Franprix supermarket is located on rue Vintimille. Walk out the door of the apartment to your left, staying on the same side of the street, and make a left at the corner. For your morning baguette and other baked goods, walk out the door to your left to one of two excellent bakeries - Del Montel is just a few doors away! For fresh food shopping, head up the hill on rue Lepic for the cheese, meat, fish, chocolate, wine and much more! On Saturday mornings, head to Place de Clichy and Boulevard de Batignolles for the weekly organic market.
